Vision

Sustaining Wealth across Family Business Generations

What Moves LFB?

Family Business all through the world is a centre of innovation and wealth creation. However, in most developing economies like Uganda, the strength of FBs has not been embraced; some factors that have affected the proper wealth-creation include:

  • FB Succession issues, family generations have not acknowledged the founder, and additional generation’s efforts and,
  • The Cultural factor amidst globalization has also been down played yet it is instrumental in FB wealth creation.

Although some challenges seem uncontrollable. Most of the FB Challenges including Mistrust, Poor Communication, and Poor Governance among others can be controlled and LFB Ltd aims at dealing with such FB concerns.

To enhance sustainable wealth-creation among Family Business Enterprises

  1. Building awareness of the Economic and Social Benefits that accrue from F.Bs such as; Job Creation and Economic Development emanating from massive involvement of family members in economic activities.

  2. Interesting the internal FB stakeholders into identifying opportunities, controls and a necessary wellbeing for improved wealth creation.

  3. Inspiring external FB’s stakeholders including; Government Bodies, International Business Support Firms, NGOs, Society, Financial Institutions, Educational Institutions, among others to provide a friendly landscape for FB wealth creation.

  4. Building F.B. for proper organizational structures that are crucial in Due-Diligence evaluations and external Networks.
